Eriksen Phenix, LG

Erik joined FBE in 2024 as a Senior Project Manager, bringing over 20 years of environmental consulting experience. He holds a B.S. in Field Ecology and a B.A. in Environmental Science from The Evergreen State College. His studies included natural history, population dynamics, and surveys of amphibians, reptiles, and small mammals to assess timber harvest impacts. Certified as a Licensed Geologist in Maine since 2009, Erik has conducted numerous Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, including remediation planning across New England for residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties. His expertise includes State and Federal Brownfields projects and Voluntary Response Action Program (VRAP) assistance. Erik excels in project design, permitting, coordination, implementation, analysis, reporting, and management, working with clients from the private sector, and various local, State and Federal agencies.
