We completed a baseline climate vulnerability assessment for the Town of Topsham, Maine, identifying risks from flooding, extreme precipitation, sea level rise, and rising temperatures. The project highlights priority areas of concern to support future resilience planning and infrastructure investment.

Sustainability Action Planning
Skowhegan, Maine

We partnered with the Skowhegan School of Painting & Sculpture to assess campus energy use, identify climate risks, and develop a phased Sustainability Action Plan. The project outlines practical strategies to improve resilience, reduce energy use, and support long-term environmental stewardship across the historic, 350-acre campus.

Collaborating with the Town of West Bath and the Midcoast Council of Governments, we're combining rigorous scientific analysis with community values to identify critical infrastructure risks and energy-saving opportunities to build a roadmap for a resilient, cost-effective future for West Bath. This project ensures the Town is prepared for escalating climate threats while optimizing municipal building performance for long-term sustainability.
